Return Window
Non-Prescription Products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Prescription Eyewear: Due to the custom nature of these items, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or made with an incorrect prescription.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
You must include the receipt or proof of purchase
For defective items, please attach a photo or explanation when contacting us
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different frame or size? Contact us to arrange an exchange within the return window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
