Simply choose your frames, add them to your cart, and during checkout, you’ll be prompted to upload your prescription. You can upload a photo, PDF, or scanned copy directly from your device.
What if I don’t have a copy of my prescription?
No worries! You can either contact your eye doctor to get a copy or choose the “Send Later” option at checkout. We’ll hold your order and send you a reminder to upload your prescription when you’re ready.
Can I place an order without a prescription?
Yes, you can purchase non-prescription lenses or just the frames. If you’re buying for fashion or blue light blocking only, just select “Non-Prescription” when choosing your lenses.
Is my prescription information safe?
Absolutely. Your prescription and personal information are securely stored and used solely to fulfill your order. We value your privacy and protect your data with care.
How do I know which frame will fit me?

Yes! You can add blue light filtering, UV protection, anti-glare, or photochromic (transition) options when customizing your lenses during checkout.
How long will it take to receive my glasses?
Prescription orders usually take 5–10 business days for processing and shipping. Non-prescription or frame-only orders may arrive sooner.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, depending on processing status.
